Rock door’s inner strength is unsurpassed thanks to a combination of a 360° aluminium reinforced inner frame and high-density thermally efficient PU foam. Recent tests showed that the Rock Door is 35% stronger than most equivalent GRP composite doors.
Optional Steel Mesh Reinforcing
A Rock Door offers steel mesh for even more security. Security mesh cannot be cut through, adding an additional layer of security. This makes our already strong door sash 4 times stronger.
S Glaze Technology – No Cassettes!
The unique S glaze technology means that there are no cassettes on the door, and the glass is locked into the slab for life. Not only does this eliminate drafts, it’s also more secure and thermally efficient than cassettes.
50mm Slab With Aluminium Reinforcing
50mm slabs that are not only thicker than most GRP alternatives, but also have a reinforced aluminium inner frame. This gives the door slab even more strength and acts as a deterrent against bowing or warping.
3 Star Cylinder As Standard
All doors come protected with a burglar-proof 3-star cylinder as standard. Customers will receive Rock Door branded keys, and a £1000 security guarantee against forced entry through the lock.
